The Marek & Friends project, led by Executive Chef Marek Fichtner, brings Michelin-starred chefs, renowned winemakers, and Bocuse d’Or winners to Prague. Each dinner is one of a kind — with a bespoke menu created exclusively for that evening.

Exceptional Guests
Over the past few years, the Špork Vault has welcomed a number of icons of world gastronomy, including:
Henrique Sá Pessoa – master of modern Portuguese cuisine with Asian influences.
Laura Rhys – Master Sommelier and ambassador of the Gusbourne winery.
Léa Linster – the first woman ever to win the Bocuse d’Or.
Sebastian Frank – holder of two Michelin stars from Berlin’s Horváth restaurant.
Mirek Kalina & Marek Raditsch – Marek’s fellow MasterChef colleagues, with whom he created an evening full of signature dishes.
Barone Ricasoli – Tuscany’s oldest winery, with a winemaking tradition dating back to 1141.
Each of these evenings brought a piece of world gastronomy to Prague — from Sebastian Frank’s legendary aged celeriac to Michelin-level wine pairings crafted to complement Marek’s creations.
