Michelin evening with Thijs Vervloet
The Marek & Friends concept is only open to the public on an exceptional basis. We are all the more pleased that this time we have reserved a limited number of seats for all lovers of top gastronomy.
The next guest of the Marek & Friends series will be Thijs Vervloet, chef of the Belgian restaurant Maison Colette, awarded two Michelin stars.
Together with Mark Fichtner, he will prepare a unique five-course tasting menu that will connect two distinct culinary styles in one exceptional evening. You can look forward to precise gastronomy, carefully selected wines and a unique atmosphere.

Master Sommelier Laura Rhys was a special guest at the November Marek & Friends dinner. This evening was created in collaboration with Gusbourne wines, where Laura Rhys is also the ambassador. The 7-course menu was prepared by Marek Fichtner and František Hrdina.
We really enjoyed this evening full of wonderful wines!

Léa Linster
For the first Michelin evening of 2024, we welcomed Léa Linster to our Vault. Michelin-starred chef and the only woman to win the prestigious Bocuse d'Or competition. A seven-course menu with wine pairings, including wines from Luxembourg, accompanied the evening.

Hostem říjnového večera byl Sebastian Frank, držitel dvou michelinských hvězd a majitel michelinské restaurace Horváth v Berlíně.
S Markem uvařili 5chodové menu s amuse bouche, pouze jediný večer, 4. 10. 2023. Součástí menu byl i známý stařený celer z kuchyně Sebastiana Franka.

Markovi porotcovští kolegové z Masterchefa, Mirek Kalina a Marek Raditsch, přijali pozvání z Trezorové kuchyně a společně s Markem dali dohromady menu, ve kterém jste mohli ochutnat signature pokrmy od všech jmenovaných. Byl to naprosto skvělý večer!
