At first glance into the restaurant, you’ll notice the impressive beer tank tower – twelve stainless steel tanks, each holding 500 liters, arranged in an iconic structure. This setup is absolutely unique. While most places hide their tanks in basements and storage rooms, we proudly put ours on display.
But it’s not just about design – the real innovation lies in the sophisticated pressure system, which allows us to pour from the same tank at up to four different bars simultaneously. Two at the Bank, one in the Vault, and one in the Clubhouse – all serving beer at the highest level of quality and freshness.

That’s why our bartenders undergo regular training and attend specialized beer-pouring schools, where they learn to perfectly serve hladinka, šnyt, mlíko, or čepice. The face and heart of our beer is Míra, our master bartender. His expertise, passion, and daily care make all the difference between ordinary pouring and true mastery. Míra oversees not only the serving but also ensures that all technology works flawlessly. He monitors the cleanliness of beer lines, temperature, pressure, and every tiny detail that influences taste. Thanks to his work, every guest receives beer the way it should be – with creamy foam, a crisp freshness, and a memorable character.

The entire system is designed to ensure the beer never loses its quality. The tanks are hermetically sealed, keeping the beer from coming into contact with air, preventing oxidation. We use overpressure with pure air to push the beer directly from the tank to the tap without compromising taste. Every step – from delivery to pouring – is carefully monitored and documented. For the guest, this means one thing: a glass of beer that tastes exactly as the brewmaster intended.
