Experience what it's like to pour beer and "stand behind the handles" and deepen your beer knowledge at the same time! Beer master Míra Nekolný will guide you through the world of beer like no one else.

In the tapping school we will teach you how to perfectly tap Pilsner beer - schnitt, hladinka, mlíko and čochtan. You will learn about tapping and what to look out for to ensure the best quality pour. And we'll show you how the entire beer system in Červený Jelen works.

For people who are really serious about beer and want to become a professional tapper, we have a special tapping course - the Professional Tapping School. You will learn how to handle the beer, take care of it and tap it like a professional. From shipment and sanitizing the beer paths, to preparation and finishing care of the taproom, to the actual tapping.

The last few hours of the course you will stand directly behind the tap at the Červený Jelen restaurant and receive a graduate certificate and a "tapping professional" badge.

We run tap schools and beer tapping courses for individuals and companies - it's the perfect activity or gift for a fellow beer geek.
